Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating patient input and feedback to ensure effective care.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to ensure patient satisfaction and optimal outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues and students as needed, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and teaching skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to diverse cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages an asset.
- Current Police check for work with vulnerable populations.
