Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Tillsonburg Physiotherapy Clinic.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, planning and implementing physiotherapy programs, and supervising technical and support staff. A strong focus on patient education and empowerment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to promote optimal recovery and function.
  • Supervise and mentor technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent experience.
  • Current licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a physiotherapy clinic or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current research in physiotherapy.
  • Ability to teach and educate patients and staff on physiotherapy techniques and principles.
