Position Overview

As a Pension and Benefits Administration Specialist at Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing employee benefits and pension plans. Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, update, and retrieve essential financial data.
  • Execute clerical tasks, including the management of filing systems.
