Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Commercial to join our Canadian Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Canadian Commercial Banking market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including referrals and introductions to key clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategies and decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in commercial banking, with a strong understanding of business banking products and services.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with key clients.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
