Job Title: Assistant Manager, Member Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Member Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Member Service Representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Member Service Representatives in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Member Services to achieve branch goals and objectives
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure compliance with Coast Capital Savings policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a bank or credit union
  • Proven track record of success in leading front-line employees
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Investment Funds in Canada certificate
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
