About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at 9255630 Canada Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians, and coordinate their execution to ensure timely completion.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel, and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, and ensure that all projects are completed within the allocated budget.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and ensure that they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and provide ongoing support to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Skills: Agile, DevOps, Internet of Things (IoT), Jira, Machine Learning, iOS, computer programming, data analysis and interpretation, data processing and systems, database management, development of computer applications, networking hardware, networking software, programming languages, programming software, web service design, website creation and management software, virtualization, GitHub, Hibernate, software quality assurance.
Work Environment

As a Technical Delivery Manager at 9255630 Canada Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to work under pressure to ensure that projects are completed on time.
