Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Join our team at Chatora Indian Restaurant as a Server - Food and Beverage Services. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

As a Server - Food and Beverage Services, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, move quickly and efficiently, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move quickly and efficiently.
