About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Our North BNB and Rentals. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including picking up debris and emptying trash containers, and washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Provide basic information on facilities and assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to travel to various locations, including apartment and office buildings, commercial and residential environments.
Work Environment

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and lift heavy objects.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, and reliability.
