About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Rightway Cleaning. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, Mop, and Polish Floors: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris.
  • Dust and Clean Furniture: Dust and clean all furniture, including surfaces and upholstery.
  • Vacuum and Clean Carpets and Rugs: Vacuum and clean all carpets and rugs, including upholstered furniture.
  • Disinfect High-Touch Areas: Disinfect all high-touch areas, including operating rooms and other areas.
  • Handle Lost and Found Items: Handle and report all lost and found items.
  • Empty Trash and Recycling: Empty all trash and recycling containers.
  • Perform Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Environment

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand, walk, and bend for long periods. You will also be required to work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 35-45 hours per week.
