ESTIMATOR

Estimators play a crucial role in providing detailed material lists and pricing to support both retail and contractor clients in planning and budgeting their construction projects.
Common career advancements include roles in contractor or commercial sales, or transitioning to a truss design position.

Salary Range: $38,000 - $40,000

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to contractors and residential clients
  2. Act as a valuable resource for project sales and contractor sales representatives
  3. Generate accurate quotes and comprehensive material lists for construction projects
Qualifications:
  1. Educational background in construction, engineering, or 3D design (or equivalent practical experience)
  2. Experience in construction, procurement, or sales of building materials
  3. Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints
  4. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
