We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at BSG Infotech Solutions. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide strategic advice on information systems policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to mitigate these risks.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess software products and information systems.
- Operate testing equipment to ensure product quality and execute and document results of software application tests.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Jira, Microsoft Visio, and business diagram software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 35 hours per week.
- English language.
