Electrical Project Manager Job Description

At Smith + Andersen, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage electrical engineering teams to deliver projects
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Experience with project management software and tools
