Job Title: Automotive Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Mechanic Helper to join our team at Searles Auto. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will assist our experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.

Work Environment

Our garage is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work with a variety of tools and equipment. You will be required to lift heavy loads, work in a dusty and noisy environment, and be exposed to odors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with routine maintenance and repairs
  • Move tools, equipment, and materials as needed
  • Clean machines and work areas
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
