Service Desk Analyst

At Canadian Bank Note, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Evaluate and escalate complex technical issues to senior technical staff
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
- University degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in a technical support role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
