Your Impact

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join our core team in Vancouver and lead engineering initiatives within our Science division. You will collaborate closely with our research experts to create, integrate, test, and scale state-of-the-art algorithms, tools, and machine learning solutions for autonomous driving. Your contributions will directly enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our models, accelerating our research and development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement neural networks for autonomous driving applications.
  • Collaborate with the research team to prototype and iterate on new machine learning models.
  • Optimize models for real-world effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain machine learning tools and infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in training large-scale models.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Experience leading technical agendas aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience transitioning research concepts into production.
  • Ability to innovate and enhance existing models.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
