Project Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Egis Group. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for project organization, coordination between teams, and ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure project management follows Egis performance procedures, including document control, change management, and quality control.
  • Organize and coordinate project activities, ensuring effective collaboration between teams to achieve project goals.
  • Follow up on project actions, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated to the client.
  • Support the project director in project organization, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams worldwide and local teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and deliver project management reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Monitor and update the budget, in close collaboration with the Project Director, and report key indicators.
  • Depending on the project, you may be asked to take on technical tasks to support the production of technical studies related to maritime or civil infrastructures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Maritime Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in handling Primavera 6 and Microsoft tools.
  • Experience in engineering project planning.
  • Development, deployment, and continuous improvement of planning processes, procedures, and systems.
