The Bilingual Commercial Sales Administrator is a key role within our organization, responsible for handling customer inquiries, gathering and entering customer details into our system, and transferring calls to the appropriate broker. This is a full-time contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone and email, gathering and noting relevant details.
- Process all leads and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Convey a willingness to help through positive and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable systems.
- Document all details of client requests and conversations in the appropriate system, using applicable templates.
- Manage daily workload in accordance with company standards.
- Respond favorably to all coaching and training provided and make use of self-coaching tools where available.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in French and English with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages.
- Strong customer service experience and multitasking skills.
- Professional and collaborative team player.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change.
