Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage executive search assignments across various industries and functions, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies, leveraging a deep understanding of talent markets and industry trends.
  • Identify, assess, and engage top-tier candidates through networking, research, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and provide ongoing support throughout the selection process.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in executive search or a related field within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
