Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing financial and administrative controls to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player skills
  • MS Office proficiency
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 32 hours per week
  • English language
