Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in London, Ontario. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for various positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Provide expertise to leadership and help introduce new best practices and strategies
  • Optimize digital recruiting resources and work to uncover additional resources
  • Carry out pre-screens and interviews
  • Collect and sort candidates through various sources and platforms
  • Formulate internal recommendations based on information gathered from department leaders
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of employment branding
  • Interviewing experience a must have
  • Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
  • External communication experience required
  • Adeptness in Onboarding
  • New employee orientation experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated knowledge of executive recruitment
  • Practical knowledge of social media
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing recruitment
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
