Position Overview:

The role of the Senior Manager, Information Security is pivotal in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a suite of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services, including Privileged Access Management, Virtual Directories, and Multifactor Authentication.
  • Drive the successful execution of IAM Engineering initiatives in partnership with operations, information security, architecture, and project management teams.
  • Lead a team of IAM engineers, managing project assignments, business-as-usual tasks, recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity Engineering, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Centralized Technology teams to shape IAM strategies and technology roadmaps.
  • Analyze business, application, and security needs for IAM services, guiding specialists to convert these requirements into technical specifications and enterprise-level designs.
  • Work alongside Governance, Information Security, and engineering teams to develop frameworks, standards, and processes that align with audit and compliance mandates.
  • Ensure IAM Services adhere to security and stability standards, including high availability, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Coordinate with support teams and IAM vendors to resolve application, software, and hardware issues in accordance with service level agreements.

Technical & Professional Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience managing IAM Services, including design, implementation, and operational oversight within a complex global organization.
  • Proficient understanding of IT finance, budgeting, and project cost estimation methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of the Identity & Access Management landscape and experience with various third-party IAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, LDAP, and Kerberos.
  • Experience in designing and implementing technologies, including:
    • Privileged Access Management solutions like CyberArk.
    • Active Directory and LDAP integration.
    • Authentication and authorization for REST, Microservices, and SOAP.
    • Directory integration with Active Directory and LDAP.
    • Provisioning and attestation system integration.
  • Strong understanding of the current regulatory landscape and its implications for identity management, security, and compliance.

Education & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with third-party IAM solutions in a dynamic global environment, demonstrating a record of managing teams that engineer, build, and operate critical systems.
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, setting team priorities and resolving issues collaboratively.
  • Excellent collaboration, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with significant interaction across various teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into accessible business language.
  • CISSP or equivalent certification is preferred.
