Key Responsibilities:
As a Software Development Manager, you will:

  • Lead a talented team of engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of cutting-edge customer experiences.
  • Drive the technical vision and architecture of large-scale software systems.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including Product Managers and Data Engineers, to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Mentor and nurture team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational excellence and high-quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:
Basic:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing engineering teams.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in developing multi-tier web services.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle practices, including coding standards and testing methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with product management teams.

Preferred:
Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Strong communication skills to engage with users and technical teams.
  • Experience in recruiting and mentoring software engineers to enhance their capabilities.
