About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Shell. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, tabulate total payment, and receive payment for goods or services.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping, and mopping the floor.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment with a high volume of customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions and handling customer inquiries.
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, and Walking: Stand for extended periods, walk around the store, and sit during breaks.
