As a Technical Designer at Bench, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by collaborating with the Design Team and the Fit & Spec Technician in producing Computer-Aided Designs (CADs) and Technical Packs. This position is ideal for a junior profile looking to grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Design Team to develop and refine product designs, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the Fit & Spec Technician to create and maintain technical specifications, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of CADs and Technical Packs, utilizing industry-standard software.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and products.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of fashion design principles and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical design tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
