The role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This position involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
Required Certifications- Safe Food Handling certificate is mandatory.
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Attention to detail is essential.
A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
