About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2329843 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, cashiers, and other retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Cash and Inventory: Handle cash transactions, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or hazards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
