Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure the organization can continue to operate effectively in the event of a disruption.
  • Conduct business impact analyses to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business continuity initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in the event of a disruption.
  • Conduct regular testing and exercises to ensure the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business continuity plans are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business continuity management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least two to three years of experience in business continuity management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business continuity management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with risk management and compliance.
