Job Title: Senior Cinematic Lighting Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cinematic Lighting Artist to join our team at Cloud Chamber. As a Senior Cinematic Lighting Artist, you will be responsible for creating stunning lighting effects for our games, working closely with the art and design teams to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement lighting effects for our games, including character lighting, environment lighting, and special effects.
  • Collaborate with the art and design teams to ensure that lighting effects align with the game's overall aesthetic and vision.
  • Develop and maintain lighting pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient and effective lighting production.
  • Troubleshoot lighting issues and provide solutions to ensure that lighting effects meet the game's quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting techniques and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to ensure that we are always pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in lighting for games, with a strong focus on cinematic lighting.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality lighting effects for games.
  • Strong understanding of lighting principles and techniques, including color theory, texture, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve lighting issues efficiently.
