Job Summary

Apollo Health and Beauty Care is seeking a highly skilled In-Process Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the in-process quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance training programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality-related issues.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to dirt, dust, and noise. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
