We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at KONIMAX RESTORATION INC. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to woodworking and construction.
Key Responsibilities- Measure, Cut, and Assemble Materials: Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
- Build and Install Structures: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fitting and Installation: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
- Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
As a Carpenter, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads. You will be exposed to noisy and dusty conditions.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Accuracy: Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Judgement: Good judgement and decision-making skills.
- Reliability: Reliable and trustworthy.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
