Director of Sales and Marketing

At MNP Community & Sport Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive membership growth, retention, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote our programs and services
- Lead a team of marketers and guest service team members to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to foster an environment rich in diversity, equality, and inclusion
- Build relationships with marketing and guest service leaders of like facilities to share information and gather competitive intelligence
- Ensure facility-wide safety and emergency procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in marketing or related equivalent
- At least five years of experience developing and implementing best practices, marketing initiatives, and providing creative direction
- At least three years of experience working in the recreation industry or related industry
- At least three years of experience working in B2C and B2B marketing & sales
