Job Summary:

Forest Protection Limited is seeking a qualified Project Pilot to join our team for the 2025 season. As a Project Pilot, you will operate assigned aircraft in accordance with our Company Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate assigned aircraft in accordance with FPL's Company Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Adhere to instructions issued by officers of the Department of Natural Resources on fire suppression or instructions from the base manager when assigned to aerial application projects.
  • Report all items requiring maintenance on the aircraft as soon as possible.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the aircraft at all times.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Commercial Pilot License - Fixed wing;
  • Have a valid driver's license for travel within and outside the province.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • Have a valid passport.
  • Robust initial training program with in-season weekly practice missions.
