This position is focused on delivering Timekeeping and Accounts Payable assistance across all divisions of the Aerospace sector.

  • Address employee questions concerning timekeeping documentation
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee records
  • Monitor employee schedules, overtime, and leave
  • Conduct electronic voucher reconciliation
  • Collaborate with Purchasing on Purchase Order discrepancies
  • Coordinate with the payroll team
  • Generate financial reports

Qualifications:

  • Completion of post-secondary education
