Position Overview

FLOFORM Countertops is actively seeking skilled Sales Account Managers to enhance our presence in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Vancouver regions.

With our headquarters in Winnipeg and a robust network of 15 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest, we take pride in producing and installing over 20,000 premium surface countertops annually. Established in 1961, FLOFORM is recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of proactively developing business within the assigned territory
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to approach interactions with professionalism and friendliness
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Capability to lift and carry weights between 25-60lbs
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn new software
  • Intermediate mathematical skills, including a solid grasp of fractions and measurements
  • Ability to interpret architectural layouts and elevations
  • Willingness to travel locally and availability for occasional evening and weekend work
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and a clear criminal record check

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships within the designated territory to meet sales objectives
  • Utilize a proven sales methodology
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and the company to uphold strong representation
  • Promote new product offerings and color selections
  • Manage dealer display boards and sample requests
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Analyze sales trends and provide reports on performance and budgeting
  • Act as a representative of the company in relevant professional associations and conduct client visits to foster loyalty
  • Support commercial projects by coordinating orders, managing color boards, and tracking project progress
  • Facilitate supply coordination when necessary and process material takeovers for purchasing
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Provide quotes and enter orders into the system, confirming product availability
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
