We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and other data as required, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Supervise and train new staff members, and provide ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent English language skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout their shift.
