Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Exalted Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee workers and projects, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train workers, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare production and other reports, estimate costs and materials, and manage company resources effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Construction, maintenance, and residential environments.
