Position Overview

The Food Service Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational procedures
  • Evaluate and guide staff performance
  • Coordinate and plan daily operational activities
  • Establish staff work schedules
  • Oversee and mentor team members
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and necessary supplies
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
