Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Keewatin Pizza and Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer inquiries, and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Oversee store appearance, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays, manage product displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
