Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Merchandise Management: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and ensure accurate ordering and authorization of merchandise returns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Work Schedule and Organization: Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
