Receptionist Job Description

This Receptionist position is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and well-spoken individual to join our team at CB Canada. The ideal candidate will be able to handle various responsibilities with ease and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate individuals
  • Provide general office filing support and maintain organized office files
  • Order office and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Be a welcoming presence for visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills

  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing customer service
  • Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
