Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Mona Lisa Cleaning and Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaners, ensuring that safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Experience in cleaning or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in wet/damp environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work will be performed in a variety of environments, including office buildings, hotels, and residential areas.
  • May be required to work outdoors in cold or hot temperatures.
  • May be required to work in a noisy or dirty environment.
