Job Summary

The MASALA BAY is seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Cook Complete Meals: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in accordance with our menu and quality standards.
  • Inspect Kitchens and Food Service Areas: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain Inventory and Records: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean Kitchen and Work Areas: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Organize Buffets and Banquets: Organize and coordinate buffets and banquets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage Kitchen Operations: Effectively manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
