Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent oral communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
