About the Role

VodaSafe is a pioneering company revolutionizing the water rescue industry with innovative technology. As a Mobile Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AquaEye product, a hand-held scanning sonar device that has gained international recognition. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our mobile application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a cross-platform mobile application that seamlessly integrates with the AquaEye hardware product, utilizing native languages such as Kotlin and Swift.
  • Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from feasibility to deployment, ensuring the highest quality and performance of the mobile application.
  • Collaborate with the hardware engineering team to ensure compatibility and provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Develop robust, scalable, and readable code that adheres to industry best practices and follows agile methodologies.
  • Implement automated CI/CD pipelines for mobile development, leveraging existing release tools.
  • Ensure the mobile application meets the requirements of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Develop an application that effectively communicates with the hardware application through BLE or Wi-Fi.
  • Define specifications and requirements with the firmware engineers to ensure smooth hardware and software integration.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing full-stack mobile applications for Android or iOS, either natively or cross-platform.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration using BLE and Wi-Fi.
  • Proven work in DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
  • Ability to write clean, robust, and well-documented code, as well as familiarity with software revision control systems (Git).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, changing environments with small teams or independently.
  • Experience developing products with hardware interfaces and cloud platforms.
