About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Manager to lead our Hallmark on the Park and Hallmark on the Lake Independent and Assisted Living communities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of residents are met through a person-centered Wellness Model.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, organizing, and supervision of all clinical, administrative, and resident services.
  2. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain occupancy and support the activities team in delivering enriching programs.
  3. Work with maintenance to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
  4. Prepare budgets, oversee expenditures, and ensure effective resource use.
  5. Engage with community partners, uphold health and safety standards, and support team development through leadership and mentoring.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in business administration, social sciences, or health care administration.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administration/management capacity in a seniors' independent living setting, hospitality, or service setting.
  3. OFA Level 1 or Equivalent.
  4. Current registration with the BCCNM is preferred.
  5. The General Manager is also in a position of Christian ministry and Christian leadership within Baptist Housing. The person holding this position will sign and align with the Statement of Faith of Baptist Housing.
