We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our clients' mobility devices.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Repair: Diagnose and repair custom mobility equipment, including manual wheelchairs, rollators, power wheelchairs, and elevating equipment such as stairlifts, ceiling lifts, and vertical platform lifts.
- Deliver a Motion Customer Experience: Build trusting relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that we deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to clients' homes and facilities to provide services.
- Technical Skills: Previous experience in a customer service role, exposure to using diagnostic tools, electronic equipment, and completing mechanical repairs.
- Empathy: Provide our clients with the best Motion customer experience by being empathetic to their needs and circumstances.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a clean criminal background check.
