Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Heritage Service Group Canada. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial cooking equipment, including coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi-ovens.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial food equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge
- Education in appliance service or a related field (preferred)
- Gasfitter certification (preferred) or willingness to learn during training
- Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work overtime and participate in the on-call rotation
