Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Senior Functional Lead

NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Functional Lead/Architect to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of a Power Platform based compliance solution to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities- Business Requirements Analysis: Interact with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Solution Demonstration: Demonstrate Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solution capabilities to clients.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct business process analysis and create a Fit/Gap report.
- Solution Design: Create a solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
- Complex Business Case Analysis: Advise on complex Dynamics 365/Power Platform business cases and propose comprehensive solutions.
- Functional Requirements: Create functional requirements and functional design for customizations.
- Estimation: Create estimates for implementation tasks.
- MS Dynamics SME Expertise: Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to clients and mentor team members.
- Installation and Configuration: Install, set up, and configure Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Data Migration: Migrate data from external systems into the Microsoft Dataverse.
- Solution Testing: Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
- User and Administrator Training: Conduct user and administrator training.
- Project Management: Complete project tasks on time and under budget.
- Configuration: Configure the D365/Power Platform solution as required.
- MS Dynamics 365/CRM Experience: 5 years of overall MS Dynamics 365/CRM experience.
- Power Platform Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Power Platform components, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Dataverse.
- Microsoft Certifications: Maintains Microsoft certifications with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, customizing, and administering MS Dynamics 365/CRM.
- Power Platform Skills: Understanding/experience with MS Dataverse, development of Power Apps (model-driven & canvas) and Power Automate.
- Azure DevOps Experience: Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines) is an asset.
- Testing Experience: Testing: Test Case preparation and execution.
- SDLC Experience: Working with all phases of the SDLC process.
- Team Lead Experience: Experience as an MS Dynamics 365/CRM team lead consultant in a client-facing role for MS Dynamics top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide a project team from a functional perspective.
- Technical Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic: Ability to work in a non-structured work environment (i.e. remotely, home office, etc.).
