  • Assist in advertising available units and conducting property tours
  • Oversee the work of other maintenance staff and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Sanitize restrooms and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards
  • Clear snow and ice from pathways and parking lots
Qualifications:
  • No formal education or certification is necessary
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred

We welcome candidates who are legally authorized to work in Canada and possess a background in cleaning and maintenance. This position offers a permanent role with flexible hours ranging from 30 to 44 hours per week.
