Position Summary: As a Retail Team Supervisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the shopping experience for our customers, fostering meaningful and lasting relationships. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, focusing on inventory management, boosting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
Additionally, you will assist in managing inventory through processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and fulfilling eCommerce orders. Your contributions are vital to the overall success of the store.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of retail experience preferred
- One year of leadership experience in a retail setting
- Passionate about fashion and customer service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Organized and proactive team player
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service
- Familiarity with social media, mobile devices, and computer skills is a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
